Christmas with SIL

We had a great dinner with Kim and her boys a few nights before Christmas. It was the start to a whole week of celebrating the Christmas holiday. Dallen sure did have a great time hanging out with his big cousins.

Kim and the boys got Dallen a grocery shopping cart with a bunch of food to fill it with. When he was done unwrapping it he proceeded to run laps with it around Kim's kitchen/dining room. Too cute!

We hope everyone had a great holiday season! We started out the Christmas season hanging our advent calendar that Grandma Morgan made us a few years ago and decorating the tree.

during our holiday extravaganza we attempted our first trip to Chuck E Cheese for cousin AJ's 7th birthday! Here are a few pics of Dallen having a blast.

First Official Belly pic

So it seems that with this pregnancy I'm not at all as good at keeping up with the belly pics. I took this one a few weeks ago at almost 18 weeks (4.5 months) but I'm the size I was at about 6.5 months when I was pregnant with Dallen. Maybe that's why I don't keep up with the pictures. My SIL always said that the uterus is like a balloon, it remembers what it did last time and it'll grow faster the second time.



I will make sure to be better about taking my belly pics now..........

Last few months have blown by us

Haven't posted anything new since the summer. These last few months have really gotten away from me. I thought I'd post some new pictures of our little man and also announce that we are getting ready to welcome a new little Morgan in 2010. We're hoping that the little nugget will cook until May. The last 4 months have been a lot rougher than when I was pregnant with Dallen, but we're getting through.

DG's first trip to the beach

Last weekend me and Dallen took a trip down to Coos Bay to visit our friends that just moved down there a few months ago. We left Doug at home to some peace & quiet. This was Dallen's first trip to see the ocean & boy was he thrilled. I couldn't tell if he was most excited about seeing his old buddies Byron & Ayden or seeing the sand & ocean for the first time. I think it was a pretty close toss up!

here's me and Jill on our one night out. Wade thought it was a good idea to offer to watch all the boys so we could have dinner without the kids. I bet he was sorry! HAHA! Me & Jill went to this little restaurant called Oyster Cove they have the best cod EVER! We thoroughly enjoyed our night out!

we're all moved and enjoying the summer weather

We're all moved and really settling into our new home. It's definately home already! We were able to sell our home in Thurston within a week of listing it & just closed on it last week. Boy were we lucky! Our neighbor friend called to tell us how sad her daughter was to see the moving van in the driveway. :( We'll miss the old neighborhood & the old neighbors!

Our new home has a great backyard that we're enjoying in this weather. Dallen's favorite thing to do after breakfast is play in the yard. Here he is in his yard clothes.

Along with moving Dallen also started a new daycare. He seems to be loving his new friends. There is a little girl who just turned 1 a few days ago & she's faithfully there to greet Dallen with a HUGE smile when he arrives every morning. As one of the little boys said, "Riley and Dallen are best of buddies!" They are so cute. Here is Dallen modeling one of their crafts they made one day. It's a fox hat, if you can't tell & it has a little tail on the back.
